Fight Like A Girl

DESCRIPTION:  This 3-hour physical training session teaches women how to defend against a sexual assault by a stranger by using our strongest weapons against the rapist's weakest targets.

It is designed to offer the best and most effective self-defense techniques for the average woman in realistic, common and probable sexual assault situations. It emphasizes the “stay with people” aspects of the defensive position, using kicks, elbows and hammer fists against his face, throat, groin and knees.

If you try to fight the guy like a man would, the guy is going to win.  So that’s why our motto is Fight Like a Girl!

Wear clothing that permits you to comfortably move while standing, kicking, kneeling, punching, lying and sitting on the mats.

No prior training is necessary to benefit from this class.

For teenagers and older. ONLY FEMALES may attend this class.

COST:  $65 for one person signing up, 10% discount for 2, 15% discount for 3, and 20% discount for 4 signing up at the same time.

CLASS OPTIONS:

EXISTING GROUPS -- BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, CLUBS or other groups of 8 or more can schedule classes at their workplace or elsewhere on a date and time convenient for the group. 

INDIVIDUALS can form a group of 8 or more including friends and family.  Otherwise, Kay maintains a waiting list of individuals who are interested but haven't organized a group.  When 8 or more are on the list, we form a FREESTANDING GROUP and work out a date, time and place to hold the class for these unrelated individuals.

ENROLLMENT:

• The preferred method is to enroll online and pay online with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  Cut off is the day before the class or when the class is full.
• For students who do not have internet access, enroll by calling Kay at (913) 492-7264 OR mailing the registration information with full payment of tuition.

  • Include Name, Address, Telephone Number, How you heard about the class, and the Date of the class you're enrolling in.
  • Payable to Equalizer LLC by cashier’s check, money order, or personal check received 7 days prior to class.
